Smaller than a shirt button, Smart Point® is an electronic labeling, automatic identification system. All the information deemed useful can be written to its memory and preserved for one hundred years, even in environments where the operating conditions are demanding. The heart of the Smart Point® is an extremely miniature electronic circuit that incorporates all the functions. It is enclosed in a special outer casing made of 316 stainless steel.
With this configuration the Smart Point® can be installed using particular glues or other fastening systems.
Once in position, thanks to its casing, Smart Point® can resist various types of strains:
